Architectural, Engineering And Planning Services – Proposed Solution In Accordance With Section 76 (2) Vgv In The Course Of Submitting An Offer For The Negotiated Procedure. There Will Be A Negotiation Process With A Participation Selection Process In Accordance With Section 17 Vgv. Up To 3 Participating Offices Will Be Selected Based On Suitability Criteria As Part Of A Preliminary Participation Selection Process. These Offices Are Invited To Submit Offers. As Part Of The Offer Submission, Each Office Must Develop A Solution Proposal. The Subject Of The Proposed Solution Is The Development Of An Architectural Concept For The Renovation Of The Old Monastery In Mering. The Aim Here Is To Preserve The Historical Character Of The Building And To Fundamentally Renovate The Building In Order To Adapt It To The New Public Use. The Services For The Solution Proposal Are Limited To Partial Services Of The Preliminary Planning (Lph. 2) § 34 Hoai 2021 For Buildings. The Submission Format Is Limited To 2 Din A0 Plans In Portrait Format. The Offices Selected As Part Of The Participation Selection Process Are Required To Provide The Following Services For The Proposed Solution: Overall Building Supervision Plan M 1:500; Floor Plans, Sections And Views M 1:100 (Representation Depth 1:200); Explanations And Pictograms. The Processing Fee For The Solution Proposal Amounts To €17,000 (Net) And Will Be Paid To Each Office Selected As Part Of The Participation Selection Process Upon Submission Of A Verifiable And Essentially Complete Solution Proposal. If Further Planning Services Are Commissioned, Services Already Provided Based On This Proposed Solution Will Not Be Reimbursed Again Up To The Amount Of The Processing Fee, Provided That The Essential Parts Of The Proposed Solution Remain The Basis For Further Processing.
