Roadworks – Framework Agreement With Single-Award Purchase Orders For Road Maintenance And Improvement Works. The Services Relate To Maintenance, Development, Improvement, Strengthening Or Rehabilitation Work On Roads And Its Associated Equipment. As An Indication, They May Include Roadworks, Earthworks, Networks, Ancillary Works, Equipment, Furniture And Related Developments. The Detailed Content Of The Services Is Specified In The Cctp. The Services Will Be Carried Out In Economic Activity Zones Of Community Interest (Shops, Crafts, Industry) Including On Sites Managed By The Ca Accm (Conservatories, Arles Business Village, Traveler Areas, Recycling Centers). They Can Be Extended, Within The Framework Of This Contract, To Any Other Work Integrated Into The Accm Heritage. The Maximum Order Amount Of The Initial Framework Agreement And Each Renewal Is Limited To 1,800,000.00 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Or 2,160,000 Euro(S) Including Tax. Taking Into Account Its Three Possible Renewals, The Maximum Amount Over The Total Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is Set At 7,200,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax, Or 8,640,000 Euro(S) Including Tax.
