Chemików 4 In Oświęcim. 1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Investors Supervision Service During The Implementation Of The Investment Titled: Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Ice Hall, Including The Construction Of Parking Lots, A Pylon, Flagpoles, Development Of The Area And Accompanying Infrastructure - Stage I, As Part Of The Task Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Ice Hall At Ul. Chemików 4 In Oświęcim, Also Called The Investment Task Or Investment In The Order Documents. 2) The Subject Of The Order Concerns The Construction Of A Building Marked In The Order Documents, Including The Design Documentation, Segment A. 3) The Subject Of The Order, Which The Contractor Selected In These Proceedings Will Be Obliged To Perform, Is To Perform Multi-Sector Investor Supervision Functions For And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And In Accordance With The Conditions Specified By The Ordering Party During The Implementation Of The Investment Called Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Ice Hall Together With The Construction Of Parking Lots, Pylon, Flagpoles, Development Of The Area And Accompanying Infrastructure - Stage I (Segment A) As Part Of The Task Reconstruction And Expansion Of The Ice Hall At Ul. Chemików 4 In Oświęcim In The Scope Of Demolition, Architecture, Construction, Ice Technology, Sanitary Installations (Water And Sewage, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Central Heating), Electrical Installations, Installations Teletechnical Installations), Cctv Installations, Kd Installations (Access Control), Ssp Installations (Fire Alarm), Sswin Installations (Burglary And Attack Detection), Bms, Dso, Audiovisual Installations, Construction Of Internal Roads, Exits From Public Roads And Parking Lots, Development And Fencing Of The Area, And Equipment Of The Facility Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Until The Decision On The Occupancy Permit Is Obtained And During The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Period. 4) The Investment Is Co-Financed By The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture And Sports As Part Of The Programme Of Investments Of Particular Importance For Sports For 2025. The Funds Intended To Finance The Investment Task Are Divided Into Eligible And Non-Eligible Costs. The Amount Of Co-Financing From The Fund For The Development Of Physical Culture Will Not Exceed 50% Of The Eligible Costs. Details Of The Rules For Co-Financing The Strategic Investment Program From The Physical Culture Fund Are Available On The Website Of The Ministry Of Sport And Tourism: Www.Msport.Gov.Pl. The Contractor Is Obliged To Familiarize Himself With The Program And The Rules For Granting Funding. 5) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Invalidating The Procedure If The Public Funds It Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded.
