The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Execution Of Construction Works, Expansion Of The Sanitary Pressure Sewage Network In The Town Of Szówsko, Implemented In The Design And Build Formula, Szówsko District, Wiązownica Commune. 2. As Part Of The Task, A Pressure Sewage Network Should Be Built. The Planned Length Of The Sanitary Sewage Network Is Approximately 1,200 M, With A Diameter Of 90 To 110 Mm. The Result Of Constructing A Pressure Sewerage System Will Be The Discharge Of Sewage From The Existing Inflow To The Existing Pumping Station - To The Second Pumping Station By Using The Existing Section Of The Gravity Sewerage System.3. As Part Of The Planned Project, It Is Planned To First Prepare Design Documentation And Obtain An Appropriate Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Notify Construction Works, And Then Implement It In Accordance With The Developed Construction Documentation. 4. Obtaining All Opinions, Consents And Arrangements, Including Permits For Cutting Down Trees (If Necessary), Necessary To Prepare Construction Documentation And Carry Out Construction Works Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor.5. The Functional And Utility Program Constitutes Design Guidelines And Is Used To Determine The Planned Costs Of Design And Construction Works. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That If It Is Necessary To Carry Out Activities Not Listed In The Functional And Utility Program, But Necessary For The Proper Conduct Of Design Or Investment Works And Obtaining The Proper Operation Of The Sewage System As Well As The Final Ecological Effect And The Use Permit, The Contractor Must Consider Them As Included Both In The Scope Of The Task And In The Contractors Remuneration.
