►The Subject Of The Order Is The Maintenance Of Fire Doors In Military Complexes Administered By The 13Th Military Economic Division In Grudziądz, In Accordance With The Requirements And Description Of The Subject Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Terms Of The Contract. ►The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Adjustment Of Door Leaves, 2) Installation Of Seals, 3) Adjustment Of Door Closers, 4) Installation Of Door Closers, 5) Adjustment Of Hinges, 6) Replacement Of Passive Door Locks, 7) Regulation Of The Operation Of The Leaf Closing Sequence Regulator For Double-Leaf Doors,8) Replacement Of Locks.►The Contractor Is Obliged To:1) Ensure The Safety Of Employees Performing The Work (In Particular, Train The Employees And Equip Them With The Necessary Equipment);2) Protect The Devices Against Destruction And Other Damage;3) Carry Out The Works In The Service Area In A Way That Does Not Cause Any Inconvenience To The Users Of The Military Complex;4) Enable Employees To Use The Complex Area In A Safe And Undisturbed Manner During The Implementation Of The Service, Soldiers And Customers Of A Given Military Unit; 5) Providing, On Its Own And At Its Own Expense, The Persons Performing The Subject Of The Order With Appropriate Occupational Health And Safety Conditions, Protective Clothing And Accessories In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Equipment, Resources (Including Personal Protective Equipment And Disinfectants) And Devices Necessary To Perform The Activities Covered By The Contract. In The Event Of Failure To Provide The Conditions As Above, The Contractor Shall Be Liable For Damages And Situations Arising As A Result Of Its Actions Or Omissions. ► The Contractor Must Have The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Experience In Scope Of Maintenance Of Fire Doors, Including A Certificate Of Completion Of Training For Conservators Of Fire Doors And Locks. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request That The Contractor Submit Copies Of Documents Confirming The Contractors Fulfillment Of The Above Rights At The Stage Of Contract Implementation.
