The Order Includes Comprehensive Organization Of A Foreign Study Visit To Spain For Stakeholders Of The Process Of Just Transformation Of Western Małopolska With Option Rights. Visits Are 5-Day Long (Including 3 Days On Site, The First And Last Days Are Travel And Return) Intended For A Minimum Of 10 And A Maximum Of 20 People. The Comprehensive Organization Of The Visit Includes The Following Elements: 1. Development And Presentation Of A Detailed Visit Program To The Ordering Party, 2. Air Transport Service For The Visit Participants, 3. Transport Service Within Spain For The Visit Participants, Including, Among Others: On The Route Covered By The Visit Program And Transfer From The Airport To The Place Of Accommodation And Transfer To The Airport, 4. Full Board For The Visit Participants, 5. Accommodation Of The Visit Participants, 6. Translation Service, 7. Insurance Of The Visit Participants, 8. Providing Substantive, Coordination And Photographic Care, 9. Inviting Additional Guests By The Ordering Party To One Dinner Organized As Part Of The Study Visit (Option No. 1), 10. Transport Service For The Visit Participants From Krakow To The Airport In Pyrzowice/Wrocław/Warsaw/Rzeszów And/Or From The Airport In Pyrzowice/Wrocław/Warsaw/Rzeszów To Krakow (Option No. 2-5) (Selectable Depending On The Flights). Departure/Arrival In Balice Is Preferred, 11. Participation Of Additional People In The Visit - Maximum 3 People (Option No. 6).
