The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is To Select An Electricity Supplier And Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Electricity Trade Rules (Ptee), By Concluding A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of The Ptee, Namely The Purchase Of Electrical Energy And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Transmission Of Electricity Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act (E) And The Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including The Regulations To E, The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee).
