Statutory Audit Services – Mission Of Auditor And Its Deputy For The Cci Creuse For The Period 2026 To 2031. Pursuant To Article L 712-6 Of The Commercial Code, The Chambers Of Commerce And Industry Are Required “To Appoint At Least One Auditor And One Alternate Chosen From The List Mentioned In Article L 822-1, Who Exercise Their Functions Under The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Book Ii Subject To Their Own Rules”. In This Capacity, The Statutory Auditor Carries Out The Legal Control (Monitoring, Verification Of The Relevance, Regularity And Sincerity Of The Accounts) And The Legal Certification Of The Financial Accounts Of The Cci Creuse Under The Conditions Provided For By The Laws And Decrees In Force And Subject To The Rules Specific To The Chambers Of Commerce And Industry.
