Construction Work – Riet Ii Waterworks, Lot 1: Civil Engineering. The Rwsg Supplies Around 150,000 People And Numerous Companies In The Lake Constance Region To St. Gallen. Due To Increasing Water Demand, A Lack Of Redundancies And Existing Studies, The Rwsg Is Planning To Build A New Seawater Plant Next To The Riet High-Pressure Pumping Station In Goldach To Ensure The Long-Term Regional Water Supply. The Construction Of The New Building Was Divided Into Several Lots. The Subject Of This Tender Is The Civil Engineering Lot. This Tender Includes The Following Services In Particular: - Earthworks, Including Excavation And Filling Work - Professional Disposal Of Contaminated Sites - Securing Construction Pits Using Sheet Pilings, Longarines, Sprouts - Water Management Using Filter Wells And Wellpoint Systems. As Well As Treatment (Pfas-Contaminated Water) - Creation Of In-Situ Concrete Piles - Drainage Of Clear And Dirty Water - Works Pipeline Construction - Creation Of Surrounding Areas And Roadways, Including Casing, Closures And Coverings There Are Numerous Interfaces Between The Civil Engineering Lot And The Other Lots, In Particular With Lot 2 (Building Construction / Master Builders Work) And Lot 3, Seawater Intakes With Flushing Drillings). Close Coordination Between The Companies Involved Is Therefore Necessary. Construction Begins On August 10, 2026. The Partial Excavation Pit For The Flushing Drilling Must Be Completed By September 30, 2026. The Civil Engineering Work Will Be Carried Out In Stages Until Completion In June 2029.
