1. Delivery Of Aggregate (Road Aggregate With Continuous Grain Size 0-31.5 Mm Meeting The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13242 Standard Or Equivalent, Intended For The Renovation Of Municipal Roads. Deliveries Will Be Made On Working Days (Monday To Friday) From 8:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. 5. The Contractor Declares And Guarantees That The Delivered Aggregate Is Marketed And Used In Road Works To The Extent Appropriate To Its Functional Properties And Intended Use, And Meets The Quality Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned Standard. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Aggregates: Artificial (Aggregate Of Mineral Origin, Obtained As A Result Of An Industrial Process Including Thermal Or Other Modification (E.G. Slag, Expanded Clay), And Recycled Aggregate (Aggregate Resulting From The Processing Of Inorganic Material Previously Used In Construction). 7. The Quantity Of Aggregate Delivery Is Consistent With The Quantity Indicated In The Delivery Document (Wz). The Ordering Party Allows Random Control Of The Quantity Of A Single Delivery Of Aggregate.
