1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Replacement Of The Internal Central Heating Installation In The Single-Story, Partially Basement Building Of Kindergarten No. 27 Malutkowo In Gdynia. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1. Dismantling And Disposal: Liquidation Of Existing Pipes And Old Heat Receivers (Fawier Radiators And Panel Radiators).2. Installation Of A New Installation: Construction Of A Two-Pipe Pump Installation In A Closed System With Bottom Separation.3. Pipes And Fittings: Installation Of Galvanized Steel Pipelines Connected Using The Clamping Method. Conducting Installation Levels In Basements And In Underfloor Channels (On Walls Or Under Ceilings). Installation Of Control Valves And Thermostatic Fittings.4. Heat Receivers: Delivery And Installation Of New Panel Radiators, Including Hygienic Models In Kitchen Facilities.5. Thermal Insulation: Securing The Cables With Thermal Insulation Sleeves With Thicknesses Consistent With Applicable Technical And Construction Regulations.6. Accompanying Works: Construction Of Protective Sleeves In Places Of Passages Through Partitions, Sealing Of Culverts And Installation Of System Pipeline Fastenings.7. Start-Up And Tests: Flushing The Installation, Performing A Hydraulic Leak Test Under Pressure And Hydraulic Adjustment Of The System.8. Restoring The Space To Its Existing Condition: O Replenishing The Spaces In The Floor Left By The Dismantled Pipes With Pvc Lining. Note: The Color, Texture And Quality Of The Carpet Must Be Approved By The Ordering Party Before Installation. O Repair And Painting Of Walls After The Dismantled Central Heating Installation. O Pasting Pvc Carpets In Radiator Recesses After Radiators In All Rooms Of The Kindergarten (Quality And Colors Approved By The Ordering Party). O Securing The Joints Of Walls And Floors With Waterproofing. Renovation.9. Waste Management: Removal And Disposal Of Post-Renovation Waste In Accordance With Waste Regulations.10. As-Built Documentation: Providing A Set Of Material Certificates, Tightness Test Reports, Device Operating Instructions And Drawings With Changes Made.11. Geodetic Inventory (Clarification): The Obligation To Prepare An As-Built Geodetic Inventory And Provide Maps With Proof Of Submission To The Geodetic And Cartographic Documentation Center Applies Only To The Situation In Which The Route Of Connections Outside The Building Was Changed During The Implementation Of The Works. In The Case Of Work Carried Out Only Inside The Facility, This Requirement Is Considered Irrelevant. Objective Of The Investment: Adjusting The Heating Power To The Current Heat Demand Of The Facility (Approx. 44.8 Kw) After Thermal Insulation Of The Building And Improving Energy Efficiency Through The Use Of Modern Control Fittings.
