The Assignment Includes: • Learning Methods, Consumables And Consumables • Learning Packages (Learning Method Including Software) • Educational Software • Game And Development Materials • Creativity Items And School Materials • Office Materials • Associated Services (Such As Implementation Of Methods, Information, Training And Advice The Assignment Does Not Include: • Printing Paper The Maximum Assignment Value Of This Agreement Is Estimated At € 3,300,000 (Excluding Vat) For The Entire Term. This Value Is Indicative And Based On The Estimated Size Of The Assignment, Plus 25% As A Margin For Any Additional Assignments. After This Period, The Client Has The Option To Extend The Agreement Two (2) More Times By Exercising Option Years After The End Of The Contract Years (Initially Either After Exercising Option Years) Or After Reaching The Maximum Contract Value. A Tender With A Term Of Eight Years Instead Of Four Years Offers Isob Important Advantages. It Ensures Continuity And Stability In The Supply Of Learning Materials, So That Educational Processes Can Continue Unhindered. Isob Believes That Purchasing Over Several Years Significantly Increases The Efficiency Of Planning, Inventory Management And Logistics Processes, While Framework Agreements Can Be Optimally Used To Ensure A Smooth And Consistent Delivery Of Learning Resources To All Locations.
