The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Reconstruction Of The Surface Of Murarska, Zamenhofa And Jedności Narodowa Streets, 2) Reconstruction Of Sidewalks In The Investment Area Into Sidewalks Made Of Concrete Cubes And, Locally, Stone Slabs, 3) Reconstruction Of Parking Spaces Along Ul. Zamenhof, 4) Construction Of Elevated Intersections, 5) Installation Of Warning Tiles Before Pedestrian Crossings And Suggested Places To Cross The Road, 6) Construction Of Road Lighting Along The Entire Length Of The Street Reconstruction, 7) Installation Of A Lighting Cabinet And A Low-Voltage Cable Network Supplying The Road Lighting Network, 8) Dismantling The Existing Road Lighting Of Energa Ozdrowienie Sp. Z O. O., 9) Construction Of A Technological Canal, 10) Construction Of A Storm Sewage System, 11) Development Of The Area With Greenery, Including Planting Trees, Bushes And Perennials, 12) Construction Of Small Architecture Elements - Benches, Waste Bins And Bicycle Racks, Trellises For Vines. For The Valuation Of Construction Works, It Is Necessary To Assume On Sidewalks And Parking Spaces A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes With Dimensions Of Min. 20X20 Cm And 8 Cm Thick, Bevelless, Gray, While At Exits Concrete Cubes With Dimensions Of Min. 20X20 Cm And 8 Cm Thick, Graphite Color. 3. Additionally, The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: The Following Activities: 1) Developing A Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Approval, And Implementing It For The Duration Of The Works, 2) Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, 3) Preparing As-Built Documentation, Including A List Of The Lengths And Areas Of The Built And Reconstructed Individual Elements Of The Road Infrastructure, 4) Performing Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Those Specified In The Design Documentation, Industry Agreements, Technical Specifications For Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In Bills Of Quantities, 5) Execution And Installation Of An Information Board On The Day Of Commencement Of Construction Works With Dimensions 180 X 120 Cm, Regarding Co-Financing Of The Investment In Question, In A Publicly Accessible And Clearly Visible Place, Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Of Construction Works Is Responsible For Maintaining It In Proper Condition Throughout The Entire Investment Implementation Period.
