Subject Of The Public Procurement: Selection Of A Supplier Of Net Active Electrical Energy By A Contractor, Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group For Low And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso For The Objects Of The Municipality Of Lom. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes - Supply Of Net Amounts Of Active Electrical Energy - Medium And Low Voltage For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Lom - Street Lighting, Municipal Buildings, Art Gallery And Museum, Chipboard, Kindergartens, Nurseries, Childrens Milk Kitchen And Social Institutions With Delegated By The State, Located On The Territory Of The Municipality, Including Its Constituent Town Halls For A Period Of 12 Months With An Approximate Annual Consumption Of 2084.54 Mwh. The Purpose Of The Awarding Of The Public Procurement Is To Conclude A Contract For Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Article 20 Of The Pte, Namely The Purchase Of Electricity And Payment For All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or The Electricity Distribution Network, Electricity Transmission Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As Settlement Of Relations In Connection With The Payment Of Amounts Due For Network Services For The Relevant Price Period. During The Delivery, The Continuity Of The Electricity Supply Should Be Ensured And Electric Energy Should Be Delivered With Quality And In Order, According To The Provisions Of The Energy Act And Other Normative Acts That Regulate Public Relations Related To The Supply Of Electric Energy (Including Ptee, Pikee And The Regulations Issued On The Basis Of Ze). As A Balancing Group Coordinator, The Contractor Shall Take Responsibility For Balancing, Include The Employer In The Balancing Energy Market As A Participant (Indirect Member) In A Standard Balancing Group, Without The Employer Paying A Registration And Participation Fee, As Well As Provide Forecasting Of The Employers Consumption, Including Administration Of The Employers Hourly Consumption Schedules. It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor To Bear The Cost Of Imbalances.
