1) The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation/Replacement Of Brand New Water Meters With An Electronic Counter And A Built-In Radio Module For Remote Reading By The Current Service Recipients. 2) All Water Meters And Radio Modules Must Be Compatible With The Supplied Radio Water Meter Reading System. 3) The Water Meters Should Be Brand New With A Verification Mark In The Year Of Delivery. 4) The Ordering Party Will Hand Over To The Contractor After Conclusion Of The Contract, A List Of Addresses Of Service Recipients In Individual Towns In The Klonowa Commune. 5) After Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Prepare A Schedule For Replacing Water Meters In The Commune. Klonowa, After Prior Arrangement With The Ordering Party - The Department Of Settlements For Used Water. The Schedule Will Include A List Of Towns And Cities Along With The Planned Replacement Date.6) When Replacing The Water Meter, The Contractor Will Prepare A Replacement Report In At Least Three Copies: One For The Ordering Party, One For The Service Recipient, And One For The Contractor. It Is Recommended That The Report Be Prepared On A Self-Copying Form.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Present The Ordering Party With Reports On The Replacement Of Water Meters Once A Week. The Water Meter Replacement Report Should Be Prepared On The Form Attached To The Specification And Include: A. Replacement Dateb. Recipients Name And Surname And Address. Number/Diameter/Condition/Year Of Production Of The Dismantled Water Meterd. Number/Diameter/Year Of Production/Condition Of The Installed Water Meter. Signature Of The Contractor And The Service Recipient8) The Contractor Will Provide A Collector Set: A Communication Module And A Reading Device (Tablet, Smartphone) And A Program (License) For Operating The Remote Reading System With The Possibility Of Transmitting Data To The Woda Program By Info-System (Roman And Tadeusz Groszek). The License Should Cover A Minimum Period Of 5 Years.
