X-Ray Devices - Digital X-Ray Device. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply, Installation And Commissioning Of A Digital X-Ray Device Intended For Diagnostic Imaging, Including Related Components, Accessories And Services Necessary For Its Proper And Full Use. The X-Ray Machine Must Be New, Unused And Must Meet All Requirements For A Modern Digital Radiology Workplace, Including Requirements For Imaging Quality, Operational Safety And Compatibility With Existing Systems Of The Medical Facility. Part Of The Subject Of The Order Is: • Delivery Of A Complete X-Ray System Including Generator, X-Ray Lamp, Detector And Control Station • Delivery Of Imaging And Evaluation Software; • Delivery Of All Necessary Technical Components And Accessories; • Assembly, Installation And Configuration Of Equipment At The Point Of Filling; • Putting The Device Into Operation And Performing All Necessary Tests; • Training Of Operators And Technical Personnel; • Delivery Of Technical Documentation And User Manuals; • Ensuring Warranty Service. The Device Must Meet The Minimum Technical And Functional Requirements Listed In Annex No. 2 Of These Tender Documents, While The Bidder Is Obliged To Prove Their Fulfillment By Means Of Technical Sheets, Product Documentation Or Other Relevant Documents. The Delivered X-Ray Device Must Comply With The Applicable Legal Regulations Of The Slovak Republic And The European Union, Especially In The Field Of Medical Devices, Radiation Protection And Safety Of Technical Equipment. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Does Not Include Construction Modifications Of The Premises, Which Are Provided By The Public Contracting Authority. However, The Supplier Is Obliged To Develop A Technological Project For The Installation Of The Equipment And To Provide Cooperation In The Preparation Of The Premises. The Seller Is Obliged To Ensure That The Delivered Equipment Is Fully Functional, Meets All Declared Technical Parameters And Is Ready For Proper Use In The Conditions Of A Medical Facility.
