B. Corrective Maintenance**, Consisting Of: - Labor - Within The Limit Of 1,200 Hours; - Insurance Of Spare Parts For Corrective Maintenance Within The Limit Of 145,250 Euro (Without Vat). The Volume Of Work And The Quantities Of Spare Parts That Will Be Used In The Corrective Maintenance Are Estimated Quantities, They Cannot Be Accurately Forecasted. If, For The Performance Of The Corrective Maintenance Services, Spare Parts That Are Not Found In Annex # 1.A And 1.B To The Specifications Will Be Required, They Will Be Provided By The Provider With The Prior Consent Of Cne Cernavoda, Within The Maximum Amount From Point B) Above. For The Prior Acceptance Of The Spare Parts Specified Above, The Service Provider Will Present The Invoice From The Supplier To Which A Maximum Commercial Surcharge Of 15% Is Accepted.
