According To The General Estimate Related To The Technical Project, The Total Estimated Value Of 40,633,931.99 Lei Without Vat, As Follows: Cap. 1.2 Estimated Value – Land Development: 963,853.43 Lei Without Vat Cap. 1.3 Estimated Value - Arrangements For Environmental Protection And Bringing The Land To Its Original State: 200,122.11 Lei Without Vat Cap. 2 Estimated Value – Expenses For The Provision Of Utilities Necessary For The Investment Objective: 526,852.09 Lei Without Vat Cap. 4.1 Estimated Value – Construction And Installations: 34,245,385.74 Lei Without Vat; Head. 4.2 Estimated Value – Installation Of Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment: 1,147,639.05 Lei Without Vat; Head. 4.3 Estimated Value - Machinery, Technological And Functional Equipment That Requires Assembly: 3,059,984.60 Lei Without Vat; Head. 5.1 Estimated Value - Site Organization: 490,094.97 Lei Without Vat Estimated Value Without Vat: 40,633,931.99 Currency: Ron An Advance Of 10% Of The Contract Price, To Which Vat Is Added, Will Be Granted. The Provisions Of Subclause 46.7 Of The Contractual Agreement Are Applicable. The Advance Will Be Granted On The Basis Of An Advance Return Guarantee. The Value Of The Guarantee Will Be At Least Equal To The Value Of The Advance Payment Plus The Value Resulting From The Application Of The Reference Interest Rate Of The National Bank Of Romania To The Value Of The Advance Payment, For The Period Provided From The Time Of Payment Until The Full Justification Of The Advance. The Nature And Quantity Of The Works: It Is Proposed To Build A Tourist Unit With The Height Regime S+P+4E+Er Which Will Have The Following In Its Component: Hotel Accommodation Spaces (80 Rooms), Conference/Banqueting Room 250 Seats, Restaurant With A Terrace That Will Have A Capacity Of Approximately 400 People, Recreation Areas And Relaxation - Swimming Pool, Spa, Fitness But Also Specific Exterior Arrangements (Green Spaces, Arrangements With Trees And Shrubs, Access Roads, Parking Spaces, Etc.). According To O.M.T. 65/2013, The Tourist Unit Will Be Classified As A 5-Star Tourist Unit. Execution Of Works Contract
