A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Conditions Of Its Implementation And The Obligations Of The Contractor, Are Specified In Volume Ii (Ppu) And Volume Iii Of The Swz (Opz). 3. Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order In Terms Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing The Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of Execution Of The Order.
