Tenders are invited for Supply of a Cab Vehicle on a Rental Basis. The relevant rental vehicle must meet the following specifications: Must be a vehicle model from a world-renowned brand manufactured between the years 2015-2020 with an engine capacity between 2450 CC - 3000 CC. Bidding documents can be obtained from the Development Division between 14.05.2026 and 27.05.2026 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM upon submission of a written request and on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000.00 + VAT (Rupees Two Thousand + VAT). Further details can be obtained via Telephone Nos. 033-2220144 / 033-2220145. A sum of Rs. 30,000.00 (Rupees Thirty Thousand) must be deposited at the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha as Bid Security, and the official receipt must be submitted along with the sealed bid. Bids prepared as an original and a copy should be sent via registered post to reach the "Chairman, Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha, Miriswatta, Mudungoda" at or before 10:00 AM on 29.05.2026, or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Secretarys office in the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha Head Office. The top left-hand corner of the envelope should be clearly marked as "Bids for the supply of a cab vehicle on a rental basis." Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the auditorium of the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha immediately after the closing time in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives. The power to accept or reject any or all bids rests with the Procurement Committee of the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha.
