Upgrade and Modernization Studies: - Feasibility reviews, cost-benefit analysis and upgrade path recommendations. Spare Part Lifecycle Management: - Classification of critical spares. - Obsolescence forecast and mitigation strategy. OEM Coordination: - Root cause analysis and diagnosis via direct channel.
