Evidence of financials capabilities and bank reference from a reputable bank in Nigeria Viiii Evidence of 4 similar project, evidence of evaluation and completions certificate. x. List of equipment, proof of ownership or lease agreement with time of leasing. xi. company profile with verifiable curriculum vitae of the company key staff to be deploy for the project including their academic/professional qualifications. xii. All submissions must be transcend on the company letterhead with the company RC number and the names of company director. 4. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders shall collect the standard Bidding documents at the office of the RECTOR on presentation of an evidence of payment of a NON-REFUNDABLE tender fee of Ten Thousand Naira (10,000) per lot, paid into the Delta State Maritime Polytechnic Burutu .Account no: 1012615985. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to submit two (2) hard copies of Technical and Financial bids (original and photocopy) packaged in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid and financial Bid Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes and address to : THE REGISTRAR, DELTA STATE MARITIME POLYTECHNIC BURUTU, DELTA STATE and clearly marked with the name of the project. 6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS DOCUMENTS a. The Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline at the polytechnic administrative building by 12:noon on Thursday 28th of May 2026 in the presence of bidders. b. The Financial Bid for the 2026 Annual Intervention (Lot D1) shall be opened on Thursday, 4th June 2026. The earlier advertisement dated 31/04/2026, which was scheduled for opening on 14/04/2026, still stands. This current advertisement serves as an extension of the earlier advertisement in respect of all other intervention categories except the 2026 Annual Intervention.
