Expression of Interest for Supporting Development of EIP-Related Legislation and Policy Frameworks in Kosovo. Description: The assignment envisages the engagement of a consulting firm to provide legal and technical advisory support to the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in advancing Eco-Industrial Parks (EIP) regulatory and policy reforms in Kosovo. The consultant will support the introduction of the EIP concept, aligned with the International EIP Framework, into Kosovos national regulatory and policy framework. This will include conducting stakeholder consultations at the national and local levels to identify regulatory gaps and opportunities, and preparing a comprehensive roadmap for integrating EIP principles into legislation and policy.
