This Request Concerns The Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Tree Sand And Tree Nutrient Soil And Also The Acceptance Of Uninspected And Indicatively Inspected Soil. The Framework Agreement Consists Of (Mainly) Two Parts, Namely: 1. Supply Of Tree Sand, Tree (Nutrient) Soil And Top Soil. It Is Very Important To Provide A Good Soil Medium For Trees, Shrubs, Shrubs And Perennials, Which Contributes To Their Proper Development. To This End, Mixtures Must Be Used That Meet Established And Verifiable Requirements (Standard: Rag - Landscaping) And Composition (Grain Size Distribution), They Must Be Available On Demand And Stored In A Conditioned Manner (Covered/Closed Depot). If A Soil Medium Is Used That Does Not Meet The Set Standards/Requirements, There Is A Chance That The Plants Will Not Mature. 2. Acceptance Of Uninspected And Indicatively Inspected Soil. The Dynamics Of The City Of The Hague Means That Many Ground Flows Take Place. For Small Batches, It Is Not Worthwhile To Inspect The Soil According To The Ap04 System (Costs Vs. Benefits) And It Is Therefore Economically Attractive To Transport These Batches To A Recognized/Competent Facility Without Extensive Inspection (Reporting). There, These Batches Are Bulked Up, Inspected And Reused Based On Quality.
