r0011ebe - Framework Agreement Ground And Concrete . Descriptionetat For Building And Property (Ebe) Manages, Operates, Maintains And Develops The Municipalitys Properties. The Property Consists Of More Than 1,000 Buildings Of Around 1.2 Million Square Meters And 5,000 Undeveloped Properties, As Well As 6 Km Of Various Quays And Quay Fronts With Adjacent Areas. Close To 60 Per Cent Of The Buildings Are Schools, Nurseries And Nursing Homes. The Remaining Are, Among Other Things, Office Buildings, Port Buildings, Fire Stations, Parking Facilities, Quays And Sports Halls. In Order To Cover The Agencys Needs For Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Buildings, Quays And Areas, Bergen Municipality At The Agency For Building And Property Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Two Suppliers For The Delivery Of Services Within Soil And Concrete.
