Contract For Maintenance Services For Fire Protection Installations And Security Systems Against Intrusion In Municipal Buildings.The Object Of The Contract Consists Of The Provision Of The Following Services: Maintenance Of The Installations Against Fires And Security Systems Against Intrusion Of Municipal Equipment. The Contract Contemplates The Cost Of Preventive Maintenance, Including The Labor, The Materials, The Machinery And The Technical Means Necessary For Its Execution, As Well As The Provision By The Contractor Of The Security And Protection Measures Provided In Current Regulations. Included In The Contract Is All The Complementary Work For The Performance Of The Service And All Those Necessary For The Correct Execution Of The Contract. The Contract Also Includes Corrective Maintenance Derived From The Use And Deterioration Of The Facilities, Where The Cost Of The Work And Travel Is Included, Having To Pay The Price Of The Materials. The Modifications To Be Made, Either To Improve The Facility Itself Or To Adapt It To The Applicable Regulations, Will Not Be Included In The Contract And, For Executing It Will Have To Submit The Corresponding Offer, Not Having Exclusivity To Carry Out The Work. The Present Contract Includes The Maintenance Of The Installations Against Fires, Signaling And Evacuation, And Security Against Intrusion Of The Municipal Equipment Of The Bigues I Riells City Council, Which Are Related To Annex No. 1 Of The Technical Specification Sheet (Ppt) Governing This Contract. The Detailed Description Of The Technical Content Of The Contract Is Contained In The Ppt That Governs It. In Accordance With Article 99.3 Of The Lcsp, The Contracting Body Decides Not To Divide The Object Into Lots. It Is Considered That This Division Does Not Apply Since To Ensure The Correct Execution Of The Contract It Is Necessary To Coordinate The Execution Of The Different Services.
