1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation And Execution Of Construction Works In The Scope Of The Expansion Of Ul. Kraszewskiego For Road Infrastructure Elements, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions And Permits, Together With The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Expansion Of Kraszewskiego Street. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation With Obtaining Demolition Permits And The Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of The Road Investment, As Well As The Performance Of Construction Works And Works Related To The Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Expansion Kraszewskiego Street. The Main Objective Of The Investment Is To Build A Parking Lot At Kraszewskiego Street, Which Will Improve The Availability Of Parking Spaces For The Areas Adjacent To The Investment. The Task Will Be Carried Out In 2 Sub-Stages: 1) Demolition Of The Building At Ul. Górna And Hardening The Area With Aggregate; 2) Demolition Of The Building At Ul. Kraszewskiego Along With The Construction Of A Parking Lot In Accordance With The Guidelines Of The Municipal Office. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining A Demolition Permit For A Residential Building Located At Ul. Górna 1, 3, 5, 7;2) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation For The Expansion Of Ul. Kraszewski (Based On The Conceptual Drawing Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz) Along With Obtaining A Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, In Accordance With The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Of Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 311), Along With The Development Of Design Documentation And Obtaining A Demolition Permit For A Residential Building Located At Ul. Kraszewskiego 2, 4, 6, 8, 10;3) Execution Of Construction Works For The Scope Of Works At Ul. Górna; 4) Execution Of Construction Works For The Scope Of Works At Ul. Kraszewskiego. Design Documentation Should Include: 1) Obtaining A Decision On The Demolition Of Residential Buildings At Ul. Górna 1, 3, 5, 7; 2) Obtaining A Decision On Permission To Demolish Residential Buildings At Ul. Kraszewskiego 2, 4, 6, 8, 103) Expansion Of Ul. Kraszewskiego By 58 Parking Spaces, Including 3 Parking Spaces For Disabled People And 2 Street Parking Spaces For Buses, Along With A New Road Surface On The Existing Section Of Kraszewskiego Street From The Intersection With Ul.
