The Investment Entitled: Construction Of A Parking Lot At Ul. A. Kity, Plot No. 1148/60 And 1148/62 Is Located In Plot No. 1148/60 And 1148/62, Muszyna District. The Investment Includes: - Demolition Works, - Excavation Removal, - Installation Of Curbs, - Drainage, - Parking Lot Surface, - Parking Lot Lighting, - Signage.3. Assumptions: Material Scope Determined On The Basis Of: - Design Documentation Approved By The Decision Of The Staroste Of Nowy Sącz, Reference Number: Bud.6740.742.2025 Of June 16, 2025; - As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations And Standards, Based On The Prepared Documentation. - The Contractor Will Ensure The Proper Performance Of All Works Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Documentation And The Currently Applicable Standards, Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts And Other Applicable Regulations, In Particular The Construction Law Together With Implementing Acts. He Will Comply With Applicable Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations During The Performance Of Construction Works. - The Contractor Will Prepare As-Built Documentation In Accordance With Art. 3 Points 14 Of The Construction Law, Together With A Set Of Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity For Built-In Materials And Devices. - Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Understood As The Performance Of All Works And Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract, And In The Event Of The Requirement To Allow The Subject Of The Contract For Use, Completion Of All Activities Provided For By Law And Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party An Occupancy Permit Or Effective Notification Of The Competent Construction Supervision Authority About The Completion Of Construction And Handing Over, Together With A Set Of As-Built Documentation, To The Ordering Party. - For The Deadline For The Completion Of The Subject. The Date Indicated In The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract, Signed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Is Deemed To Be The Date Of The Contract. - The Ordering Party Allows The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract To Be Shortened. - The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Material And Financial Schedule And An Offer Cost Estimate No Later Than On The Date Of Signing The Contract, As Well As To Accept The Construction Site And Maintain Order At The Place Of Execution Of Construction Works. - The Contractor Will Enable The Ordering Party To At Any Time Inspect The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Progress In The Implementation Of Construction Works Or Technical Documentation, Materials Used In Their Course
