3.1 Subject Of The Order: The Order Concerns The Implementation Of The Order Entitled: Installation Of An Air Conditioning System In The Building Of The District Court In Żary At Ul. Spokojna 20, 68-200 Żary. The Planned Scope Of The Investment Includes The Installation Of The Vrf System In The Building. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Install Two Outdoor Units: One For The Ground Floor And One For The First Floor, As Well As 31 Indoor Devices Located On Two Floors Connected To The Outdoor Units. The Scope Of The Contract Includes: 1) Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of Air Conditioning Devices, 2) Execution Of Electrical And Technological Installations Of Air Conditioning Run On The Surface Via Cable Routes In Closed Troughs And Gk Development, 3) Execution Of Minor Construction Works, Finishing, Plastering And Painting, Aimed At Restoring Original State. The Planned Investment Does Not In Any Way Affect The Surroundings And Does Not Violate The Interests Of Third Parties. The Impact Area Of The Investment Is Limited To The Boundary Of The Facility And Does Not Affect Neighboring Facilities. The Planned Investment Includes The Following Works: 1) Demolition Works In The Field Of General Construction And Installation, Including: A) Dismantling Of The Existing Gk Buildings, B) Construction Of Cable Entries Through Walls And Ceilings, 2) Reconstruction Works, A) Installation Of Cable Entries, B) Covering Of Cable Routes With Gk Boards, C) Plastering And Painting In Places Of Culverts.3) Works Related To The Installation Of The Devicea) Installation Of Supporting And Ground Structures, B) Installation Of Indoor And Outdoor Units, C) Installation Of Accessories And Controllers, D) Construction Of Approaches To The Air-Conditioning Technological Installation Routes, E) Installation Of System Covers For Installation Routes.4) Works Related To The Execution Of Electrical And Sanitary Installations: A) Construction Of Wall-Mounted, Ceiling-Mounted Electrical And Technological Installations, B) Construction Of An Intermediate Switchboard And Connection To The Main Switchboard, C) Equipping The Switchboards With Appropriate Protection And Overcurrent Switches, D) Reconstruction Of The Main Switchboard. 5) Measurements, Technical Tests, Acceptance Of Construction And Assembly Works.
