Lipowska - Construction Of Pedestrian Crossing Lighting - Construction Of A Street Lighting Network Along Ul. Beskidzka, 432 M Long; - Construction Of 8 Poles 8 M High Above The Ground; Spun Concrete Poles, Led Lighting Fixtures With A Tubular Boom. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation No. 1. Reconstruction Of Beskidzka Street In Czechowice-Dziedzice In The Scope Of Implementation Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Along Beskidzka Street, Technical And Executive Design For The Road Industry (Appendix No. 11 To Swz), 2. Reconstruction Of Beskidzka Street In Czechowice-Dziedzice In The Scope Of Implementation Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path Along Beskidzka Street, Technical And Executive Design, Pedestrian Crossing Lighting (Annex No. 11 To Swz), 3. Construction Of A Cable-Overhead Street Lighting Network At Ul. Beskidzka In Czechowice-Dziedzice Construction Design (Appendix No. 11 To Swz). Other Conditions: 1. The Works Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Decisions/Arrangements Authorizing The Work.2. From The Moment Of Protocol Takeover Of The Construction Site Until The Completion Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Shall Be Liable On General Terms For Personal And Property Damage Resulting From The Facility.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Works In Accordance With The Land Development Plan, Observing All The Conditions Specified In The Documentation, Under The Supervision Of A Person With Appropriate Construction Qualifications.4. The Execution Of Works, Acceptance And Organization (Occupational Health And Safety, Fire Protection And Coordination In The Field Of Health And Safety) On The Site Of The Works Should Be Carried Out Based On Current Standards And Regulations.5. The Contractor Will Perform All Inspections, Tests And Measurements Of The Completed Works At His Own Expense.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Exercise Particular Caution When Performing The Works, Separating, Securing And Marking The Work Area And Securing Tools And Devices That May Pose A Threat To Third Parties If They Are Available.7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain The Cleanliness Of The Work Area And Communication Routes Within The Works Being Carried Out Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract.
