1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Of Direct Physical Protection Of People And Property In The Building Of The Intercollegiate Library In Stalowa Wola At Ul. Priest J. Popiełuszki 10, For A Period Of 12 Months From July 1, 2026 To June 30, 2027, From Monday To Friday From 1900 – 700 (12H); Saturday At 1500 - 700 (16 Hours); On Sundays And Holidays 24 Hours A Day 700 - 700 (24 Hours).2. Expected To Be One Employee Per Shift.3. The Building Of The Intercollegiate Library In Stalowa Wola Has Been Equipped With Monitoring Enabling Viewing Of Each Floor Of The Building, In Particular In Communication Routes, Staircases, In The Underground Garage And Outside The Building.4. The Contractor Will Fulfill Its Obligations In Particular By: A) Supervising The Facility Against Burglary And Theft As Well As Damage To Property Contained Therein; B) Checking The Correct Closing Of Doors And Windows And The Entrance Gate To The Garage After Employees Have Left The Protected Facility; C) Reacting In The Event Of Noticing A Failure - Securing The Site Of The Failure, If Possible, And Notifying A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party And The Relevant Services; D) Controlling Passenger And Car Traffic Within The Facility And The Adjacent Yard To The Facility;E) Systematic Visual Inspection Of The Facilitys External Technical Security Measures (E.G. The Physical Condition Of Doors, Locks, Cameras, Etc.) Performed By A Security Employee As Part Of His Rounds, Along With Monitoring The Ordering Party About Their Damage;F) Observing The Area Adjacent To The Facility In Order To Counteract Possible Threats Directed At The Facility;G) Protecting The Facility During A Rescue Operation;H) Providing Support In The Event Of Evacuating People From The Building;I) Issuing Keys To Individual Premises Rooms Located On The Facility And Their Supervision;J) Immediate Intervention In Order At The Request Of The Security Guard On Duty Or Facility Staff;K) Observation Of The Video Monitoring System. The Building Of The Intercollegiate Library In Stalowa Wola Has Been Equipped With Monitoring Enabling Viewing Of Each Floor Of The Building, In Particular In Passageways, Staircases, In The Underground Garage And Outside The Entire Building. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Comply With The Instructions For Use Of The Monitoring Equipment;L) The Ordering Party Requires That The Contractors Employees Work In Work Clothes Identifying The Contractor And Take Care Of A Neat And Aesthetic And Hygienic Appearance;M) If Necessary, The Arrival Of An Intervention Group Must Be Guaranteed By The Contractor (In The Event Of A Need For Emergency Assistance In The Event Of A Potential Threat In Or Around The Building That Does Not Qualify For Police Intervention, And Also During Duty When One Person On Duty Cannot Manage The Proper Performance Of The Service, As Well As During The Librarys Working Hours, Upon Request From Its Employees). N) Employees Performing The Task Should Be The Contract
