The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Construction Of A Gravity Storm Sewage System With A Total Length Of 385 M Along With Sewers And Drainage To The Ground From Absorption Wells, 2) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network With A Hydrant, 3) Reconstruction Of A Section Of The Low-Voltage Cable, 4) Reconstruction Of A Paved Road From A Gravel Surface To A Surface Made Of A Mineral-Asphalt Mixture, 4.0 - 5.0 M Wide, And Turning Areas With A Surface Made Of A Mineral And Asphalt Mixture With Dimensions Of 12 X 12 M,5) Construction Of Exits With A Surface Made Of Concrete Cubes, 4.0 M Wide,6) Construction Of A Pedestrian Road 1.8 - 2.3 M Wide Made Of Concrete Cubes,7) Construction Of Soil And Gravel Roadsides,8) Development Of Greenery - Construction Of Lawns,9) Demolition Of Existing Hardened Surfaces Colliding With Investment,10) Reconstruction Of The Intersection With District Road No. 1181B Along With The Reconstruction Of The Sidewalk On A Given Road,11) Cutting Down Bushes Along With Grubbing Up And Removal,12) Securing Existing Trees And Trees Located In The Area Of Works,13) Securing Cables With Two-Part Protective Pipes,14) Making Height Adjustments Or Possibly Rebuilding Any Revealed Elements Of The Utility Network (Also Applies To Roadside), In The Event Of Damage To Gate Valve Boxes, Hydrants Or Manhole Covers, The Contractor Will Replace The Damaged Element With A New One As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, 15) Vertical Marking Of The Road Being Reconstructed, 16) Providing A Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Construction Works, 17) Preparing As-Built Documentation Together With As-Built Inventory Maps, 18) Making The Necessary Notifications To The Relevant Authorities And Institutions Or Companies, Including The Local Supervision Authority Construction, Related To The Commencement And Completion Of Construction Works.
