The Subject Of This Study Is A Construction Design For The Investment Called: Construction Of A Marina With A Launching Slip On The Beach In Rogowo And Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Pier On Plots No.: 877, 885, 878, Rogowo District, Rogowo Commune. The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Beach Volleyball Court And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, Lighting And Small Architecture.2. Existing State Of Land Developmentthe Plots Covered By The Study Currently Include Recreational And Leisure Areas, I.E. Beach, Swimming Pool, Playground, Recreational Pier, Technical Infrastructure And Small Architecture Facilities As Well As Paved Areas.3. B) Method Of Sewage Disposal Or Treatment: Not Applicable. C) Communication System: - Communication Within The Beach Through Existing Paved Areas. D) Method Of Access To The Public Road: - Access To The Public Road Through Plot No. 1027/1, Rogowo District, Commune Rogowo.E) Technical Parameters Of The Network And Land Infrastructure Devices. - Existing And Planned Electrical Installation. The Above-Mentioned Networks And Land Infrastructure Installations Are Located On The Investors Plots And Are The Property Of The Investor, I.E. The Rogowo Commune. Due To The Above, The Execution Of The Planned Works Within The Existing Networks Does Not Require Agreement With The Network Operator, Because The Administrator And The Investor Are The Same Local Government Unit.
