Ii. Description Of The Subject Of The Order1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder In The Area Of Ekonomiczna, Turyńska, Chemików And Hodowlana Streets In Bieruń On Plots No. 107/70, 108/70, 111/43, 112/43, 331/41, 340/1, 341/2, 368/5, 855/5, 369/5, 370/5, 371/5, 774/41, 775/41, 853/41, With Or Without An Intermediate Reservoir On Plots No. 810/5, 812/5 And 338/5, Which Will Be Aimed At Flood Protection Of Part Of The City Of Bieruń (Indicated In The Map Attachment) And Increasing The Retention Of Rainwater And Groundwater In The Area Transformed As A Result Of Mining Activities And At Risk Of Further Subsidence Of The Area (Taking Into Account The Current Topography And Development Of The Area Within The Catchment Area Of The Ściernie Stream And Potok Stawowy). When Executing The Order, The Current And Planned Development Of The Area And Its Intended Use Specified In The Local Development Plan Should Be Taken Into Account. The Order Also Includes Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Decisions Enabling The Execution Of Construction Works On The Basis Of The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Developed Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Be Divided Into Parts Enabling The Implementation Of Each Of These Parts Separately: 1) Part I - Variant Concept For The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder, Based On The Tests And Analyzes Performed And Determining The Requirements For The Reservoir (Reservoirs) Together With The Necessary Infrastructure; 2) Part Ii - Design And Cost Estimate Documentation (Based On The Selected Concept) For The Construction Of A Retention Reservoir (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder, Taking Into Account The Execution Of Construction Works In Stages. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Basic Order, The Contractor Will: 1) Develop A Hydrological And Hydraulic Analysis With An Indication Of Further Directions Of Land Development, 2) Prepare A Variant Conceptual Design For The Construction Of The Reservoir Retention Reservoirs (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder (2 Variants), 3) Develop Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Construction Of The Retention Reservoir (Reservoirs) With A Dry Polder, 4) Prepare The Necessary Materials And Data For Design And Obtain, On Behalf Of And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Depending On The Needs: Opinions, Arrangements, Consents Or Permits, Technical And Implementation Conditions, Agreements, Decisions, Approvals, Derogations And Others Documents Which Are Obligatory To Obtain Under The Regulations,5) Obtain The Final Decision On The Building Permit On Behalf Of And For The Benefit Of The Ordering Party.1.
