The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz, As Well As In Accordance With The Concept Of Building A Sewage System In The Village Of Brzegi Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.3. The Approximate Length Of The Designed Sewage System Is: - Estimated Length Of The Network And Exits From The Road Of The Gravity Sanitary Sewage System - 10 Km, - Estimated Length Of The Sanitary Pressure Sewage System - 1 Km.4. The Execution Of The Order Is Subject To Polish Law, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994. Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 418, 1080, 1535, 1673, 1847), Act Of April 23, 1964 Civil Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Items 1071, 1172, 1508, Of 2026, Item 184) And The Act Of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1320, As Amended).5. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Approvals, Specifications And Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Guarantee The Proper Implementation Of The Works And Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Above-Mentioned Documents.
