1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Electricity To The Facility Of Szpital Lipno Sp. Z O. O. In Lipno, Within The Meaning And Pursuant To The Provisions Of The Energy Law, With Quality Standards Specified In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Estimated Amount Of Electricity Supplied Is 1,300 Mwh. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification And Applicable Regulations And Legal Acts, In Particular In Accordance With: 1) The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 And Implementing Acts, 2) Other Legal Acts, Regulations And Acts Related To The Subject Of The Contract. 3. Specified In Section 1, The Amount Of Demand For Electricity Is An Estimate To Determine The Value Of The Order, Which Does Not Reflect The Actual Or Declared Use Of Electricity During The Duration Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Electricity Ordered, Which May Not Constitute The Basis For Any Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 4. The Sale Of Electricity Will Take Place Under The Terms And Conditions Specified By Law, Including The Energy Law. 5. The Ordering Party Has An Adapted Measurement And Billing System For Electricity Consumption Under Tpa Principles. 6. The Ordering Party Is Connected To The Network Of The Distributor Energa-Operator S.A. Based In Gdańsk, Ul. Marynie Polskiej 130, Under A Contract For The Provision Of Electricity Distribution Services. The Contract Is Valid For An Indefinite Period.7. The Current Reserve Supplier Of Electricity Is Ien Energy Sp. Z O. O. Based In Warsaw.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Have Any Contracts/Annexes Concluded As Part Of Loyalty Promotional Campaigns That Would Prevent The Conclusion Of A New Sales Contract. 9. The Ordering Party Informs That The Possible Procedure For Changing The Electricity Supplier Will Be Carried Out Once Again. 10. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor Selected In The Tender Procedure With An Appropriate Power Of Attorney To Submit The Concluded Electricity Sales Contract To The Dso On Behalf Of The Ordering Party And To Perform The Activities Necessary To Carry Out The Process Of Changing The Supplier At The Dso According To The Template Used By The Contractor, And Will Provide All Necessary Information Related To It, Including: - Name And Address Of The Company; - Description Of The Collection Point; - Address Of The Collection Point (Town, Street, Apartment Number, Code, Commune); - Tariff Group (Current And New); - Contractual Capacity; - Planned Annual Energy Consumption; - Counter Number; - Distribution System Operator; - Name Of The Current Seller - Number Of The Currently Valid Contract - Date Of Conclusion And Notice Period Of The Current Contract - Registration Number Ppe.11. The Settlement Date For Electricity Consumption Should Be Consistent With The Settlement Date For The Electricity Distribution Service.12. The Settlement Period For Individual Ppe
