1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos From The Krotoszyn County In 2026 (2Nd Procedure). The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place In 6 Communes: Kobylin, Koźmin Wlkp., Krotoszyn, Rozdrażew, Sulmierzyce, Zduny. 2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Quantitative And Material Scope Of Work And Applicable Legal Regulations. 3. The Scope Of Work Includes In Particular: 1) Packing, Weighing Waste, Collecting And Loading Previously Dismantled Products Containing Asbestos, Transport From The Place Of Collection To The Place Of Disposal, Unloading And Disposal Of Waste In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Keeping Waste Records In Accordance With The Act Of December 14, 2012. On Waste 2) The Contractor Must Have Appropriate Technical Equipment, Tools And Equipment To Ensure Proper And Safe Work In The Field Of Acceptance Of Asbestos Products. 3) Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Guidelines Specified In The Swz, Occupational Health And Safety Regulations And With Due Diligence And The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Guaranteeing The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In A Proper And Safe Manner, In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Regulations, In Particular Regulations Regarding The Removal Of Products Containing Asbestos. 4) Responsibility For The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Repair Any Damage Resulting From Its Improper Implementation Or Omission, I.E. Damage To Real Estate, Property, Health And Life Of Residents And Users, As Well As Third Parties. 5) Immediately Informing The Ordering Party About Technical Problems Or Circumstances That May Affect The Quality Of The Work Or The Deadline For Completion Of The Work. 6) In Order To Protect Air Against Pollution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Means Of Transport That Meet Appropriate Exhaust Emission Standards And To Carry Out Work In A Way That Limits Unorganized Dust Emissions Into The Air. 4. Estimated Volumes Of Services: 1) Estimated Quantity Of Asbestos-Containing Products Planned To Be Collected, Packed, Weighed, Loaded, Transported, Unloaded And Disposed Of: 370,000 Mg. 2) The Values ​​Presented Are Estimated Values ​​Determined On The Basis Of The Values ​​Declared In The Applications. 3) Due To The Fact That The Given Quantities Of Products Containing Asbestos Were Estimated As At The Date Of Preparation Of The Swz (Based On Submitted Applications), These Quantities May Change During The Implementation Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Point Below. 4-8 And Sections 10. 4) Due To The Fact That The Above-Mentioned Quantity Of Asbestos-Containing Products Planned For Collection Is An Estimated Quantity, The Ordering Party Ensures That This Subject Of The Order Will Be Completed To A Degree Of Not Less Than 80% Of The A
