With The Tender Notice And The Other Tender Materials, The Contracting Authority Offers An Agreement On Technical Advice And Assistance In Connection With The Implementation Of The Building Physical Comprehensive Plan Including Renovation Of Fsb Department 1-50 Tingbjerg Ii. The Total Consultant Tender Is Tendered According To The Tender Procedure Tender With Negotiation In Accordance With The Tendering Act. The Comprehensive Plan For Tingbjerg Ii Includes 638 Homes With An Associated Community Center. The Comprehensive Plan Has Been Under Development Since 2015 And Is Subject To The Joint Urban Development Strategy For Tingbjerg-Husum As Well As Local Plan 609 With Appendix 1. The Task Includes Total Advice In All Project Phases In Connection With The Renovation Of Fsb Department 1-50 Tingbjerg Ii With A View To Execution As A Main Contractor. The Process Of Approval Of The Comprehensive Plan In Department 1-50 Tingbjerg Ii, Fsb, Copenhagen Municipality And The Landsbyggefonden Takes Place In Parallel With The Present Tender.
