Construction Work – R0011ebe - Framework Agreement Ground And Concrete. The Agency For Buildings And Property (Ebe) Manages, Operates, Maintains And Develops The Municipality ́S Properties. The Property Mass Consists Of More Than 1,000 Buildings Of Approx. 1.2 Million M2 And 5,000 Undeveloped Properties, As Well As 6 Km Of Different Quays And Quay Fronts With Adjoining Areas. Nearly 60 Percent Of The Buildings Are Schools, Nurseries And Nursing Homes. The Remaining Buildings Are, Among Other Things, Office Buildings, Port Buildings, Fire Stations, Car Parks, Quays And Sports Halls. To Cover The Agencys Need For Ongoing Maintenance And Operation Of Buildings, Quays And Areas, Bergen Municipality, C/O The Building And Property Department, Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With Two Tenderers For The Provision Of Ground And Concrete Services.
