Medical Equipment – Acquisition And Maintenance Of Mri Injectors And Associated Consumables For Cusl. The Purpose Of This Contract Is The Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Maintenance And Training Of Personnel In The Use Of Four Injectors Intended For Magnetic Resonance Imaging (Mri), As Well As The Supply Of Associated Consumables Necessary For Their Operation. This Equipment Is Intended For The Medical Imaging Department Of The Saint-Luc University Clinics. The Contract Also Includes All The Services Necessary For The Proper Functioning, Safety Of Use And Continuity Of Service Of The Equipment Over The Entire Duration Of The Contract. The Attention Of Bidders Is Drawn To The Fact That The Contracting Authority Will Attach Particular Importance To Optimizing The Overall Cost Of Using The Equipment Over The Duration Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Cost Of Consumables, Maintenance Services As Well As The Operating Conditions Of The Injectors. Duration Of The Contract The Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of Four (4) Years From Its Notification. It May Be Tacitly Renewed For Successive Periods Of One (1) Year, Without The Total Duration Of The Contract Exceeding Ten (10) Years. Renewal Is Limited To Six (6) Periods Of One (1) Year Each. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Renew The Contract, Without Compensation, Subject To Notification Sent To The Holder Within A Reasonable Period Of Time Before The Current Deadline. Non-Renewal Does Not Confer Any Right To Compensation For The Benefit Of The Holder.
