Aircraft Refueling Services – Public Tender Procedure - Aircraft Refueling At M.R. Štefánik Airport In Bratislava. The Filling Company Is Obliged To: (I) Deliver Fuel For Storage In The Airport Warehouse Or, In Exceptional Cases And Only With The Consent Of The Airport Operator, In A Different Way To Provide Fuel In A Quantity That Enables The Smooth Filling Of Aircraft According To The Conditions Agreed With The Customers; (Ii) Every Day Of The Calendar Year And 24 (In Words: Twenty-Four) Hours A Day To Perform The Aircraft Filling Service And Sell Fuel To Customers In Quality And According To Procedures Corresponding To The Relevant Legal Regulations, Technical Standards And In Accordance With The Conditions Agreed With The Customers And According To The Jig, (As Declared In The Aip); (Iii) Pay The Airport Operator Properly And On Time The Fees And Other Monetary Obligations Agreed In The Contract; (Iv) In Exceptional Cases, Without Unnecessary Delay, But At The Latest Within 12 (In Words: Twelve) Hours, Ensure The Supply Of Fuel From Its Backup Sources So That There Are No Disruptions In The Smooth Supply Of Fuel At The Airport; (V) To Respect And Not Exceed The Maximum Capacity Of Rolling Wagons Defined In Article 2. Point 2.2. Letter (Iii) Contracts, Unless Otherwise Agreed In Writing; (Vi) Familiarize Yourself With The Internal Documentation Of The Airport Operator To The Extent Determined By The Authorized Department Of The Airport Operator. The Filling Company Is Authorized To Fill Aircraft And Sell Fuel To Customers (A) Under The Company Brand And (B) At Prices And In Accordance With Other Business Conditions Agreed With Customers. The Performing Company Is Obliged To Use Only Fuel That Meets The Requirements Of The Currently Valid Specification Aviation Fuel Quality Requirements For Jointly Operated System -Joint Fueling System Check List Jet A-1 Check List (Afqrjos) When Performing Its Activities In Accordance With The Agreement. The Filling Company Will Fill The Aircraft In Accordance With: (I) Generally Binding Legal Regulations; (Ii) Binding Conditions Of The Permit For Other Business In Civil Aviation; (Iii) Standard Procedures Of The Company. The Fulfillment Company Is Personally Responsible For The Above And In The Event Of Damage Caused To The Airport Operator As A Result Of A Breach Of This Obligation, Undertakes To Reimburse The Airport Operator In Full For This Damage.
