Hospital Beds – Framework Agreement For The Supply Of Hospital Beds. The Subject Of This Framework Agreement Is The Supply Of The Client With A) Up To 600 Hospital Beds, 600 Patient Uprights, 600 Name Tags And 600 Infusion Stands In Accordance With The Procurement Documents, In Particular The Service Description, And B) The Optional Disposal Of Up To 600 Hospital Beds In The Clients Inventory. A Maximum Of The Services Described In The Service Description With Regard To The Number Of 600 Hospital Beds, 600 Patient Uprights, 600 Name Tags And 600 Infusion Stands Can Be Accessed. The Quantities Stated Above Therefore Represent The Maximum Value Of The Quantity That Can Be Called Up Under This Framework Agreement. The Client Is Not Obliged To Accept The Goods. The Framework Agreement Comes Into Force Upon Receipt Of Notification Of The Award Of The Contract By The Contractor. It Ends, Without The Need For Termination, 48 Months After Receipt Of Notification Of The Award Of The Contract, Unless Termination Has Previously Occurred Due To The Complete Provision Of The Contractual Service.
