(3) Delivery On Actual Weighment Basis Only. (4) Road Approach Is Available. (5) Bidders Are Allowed To Pay Balance Sale Value In Instalments As Applicable Under Uniform E-Sale Conditions And Depot Conditions I.E, 1 Instalment For Lots Upto Rs.5 Lakhs And 2 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.5 Lakhs And Upto Rs.15 Lakhs And 3 Instalments Incase Of Lots Exceeding Rs.15 Lakhs.
