Prior Information Notice For Parliament And Public Assembly Buildings – Reconstruction Of The Automatic Parking System. The Client Operates An Automatic Parking System In The Building Śněmovní 1, Which Is Already At The Limit Of Its Useful Life And Does Not Comply With Current Commonly Used Vehicles Or Existing Regulations And Standards. The Contracting Authority Is Therefore Preparing A Public Contract, In The Framework Of Which The Existing Automatic Parking System Will Be Dismantled And Replaced With A New Automatic Parking System. For This Purpose, The Contracting Authority Has Developed A Project For A Building Permit (Abbreviated As Dsp) And Is Currently Being Discussed With The Relevant Authorities And Organizations In Order To Issue A Planning Permit (Formerly A Building Permit Or Also Abbreviated As Sp). As Part Of This Ptk Procurement Documentation, The Contracting Authority Provides Some Parts Of The Dsp To The Suppliers So That They Can Get An Idea Of ​​The Scope And Complexity Of The Future Public Contract. The Subject Of The Future Public Contract (Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Construction) Will Be Implemented In A Heritage-Protected Building In The Very Difficult Conditions Of The Historic Center Of Prague, With The Necessity Of Observing All The Restrictions And Facts Associated With It. The Construction Project (Abbreviation Dps) Is Currently Being Completed, Which Will Be Part Of The Tender Documentation For The Future Public Contract.
