The Subject Of The Order Is To Adapt The Existing Kitchen To The Current Needs Of The School (Increased Number Of Meals Served) And Applicable Hygiene And Sanitary Regulations. The Reconstruction Includes The Adaptation Of Existing Office Rooms Located Nearby To Kitchen Needs. The Entrance From The Courtyard Will Be Used For Internal Communication Of The Kitchen Staff And For Serving Meals To Other Establishments, While Deliveries Of Goods Will Take Place Through The Existing Entrance From The Side Elevation Of The Building. The Kitchen Room Will Be Expanded With Additional Areas Enabling The Kitchen To Be Equipped With New Devices And Equipment, With The Design Of A Technological Line In Accordance With Haccp Principles. The Kitchen And Kitchen Facilities Should Be Rebuilt And The Mechanical Ventilation With Air Conditioning Should Be Adapted And The Electrical Installation Should Be Rebuilt, Increasing The Required Connection Power. The Planned Daily Number Of Meals Served For The Primary School And Kindergarten At Zszp No. 14 - Breakfasts (Approx. 200) / Lunches (Approx. 300) / Afternoon Snacks (Approx. 130). Social Rooms With A Toilet For Kitchen Workers Should Be Constructed On The Ground Floor. The Kitchen And Facilities Will Be Separated From The Remaining Rooms On The Ground Floor By Walls, Doors And Windows With Appropriate Fire Resistance. From The Kitchen Facilities, An Additional Passage Should Be Made To Enable Access To The School Premises Through The Common Room. For The Works Covered By This Order, Decision No. 376/6740/2023 Of August 10, 2023 Was Issued For The Construction Project Entitled Reconstruction Of The Kitchen Block In The School And Kindergarten Complex No. 14 In The Popielów District Along With The Expansion Of The Internal Gas Installation In Rybnik At Ul. Demolition And Dismantling Works, Including: - Demolition Of External Stairs On The Rear (South-West) Facade Of The Building, - Dismantling Of The Roof On The Rear Facade Of The Building, - Dismantling Existing Kitchen Appliances And Equipment And Depositing Them In A Place Indicated By The School Management (On The Premises Of The Facility), - Demolishing Partition Walls, In Accordance With The Technical Design, - Making New Door Openings And Widening The Existing Ones Along With Making Steel Lintels In The Structural Walls, In Accordance With The Technical Design, - Cutting Off Ceramic Wall Coverings, - Cutting Off Ceramic Floors And Dismantling Pvc Floor Coverings, - Cutting Off Stoneware Tiles On The Stairs On The Side Façade, - Removing Detached Fragments Of Plaster From The Walls And Ceiling, - Dismantling The Electrical, Ventilation, Water And Sewage, Central Heating And Gas Installations - Dismantling The External And Internal Door Joinery Together With Door Frames, - Dismantling 2 Windows In Room 0/03 Along With Dismantling A Fragment Of The Facade Around The Above-Mentioned.
