Part I - Road Repair And Maintenance 1) The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes: - Task No. 1 - Preparatory Works, - Task No. 2 - Removal Of Ruts, - Task No. 3 - Pavement Repair Or Conservation By Grading, Contractors Material - Task No. 4 - Pavement Repair Or Conservation By Grading, Employers Material - Task No. 5 - Restoration And Cleaning Of Ditches, - Task No. 6 - Repair Of Culverts L = 1.0 M, Fi 400 Mm, Fi 800 Mm. Repair And Maintenance Of Aggregate Roads Will Be Settled Based On The Contractors Unit Price For Each Task Indicated In The Tender Offer Based On The Relevant Orders Of The Ordering Party Issued Until October 30, 2026. 2) Repairs Will Be Each Time Ordered In A Separate Order And Settled With An As-Built Cost Estimate Based On The Given Rates Individual.3) The Scope Of Works Will Result From The Needs Specified For Each Repair And Will Be Specified In The Order.4) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Undertake The Works No Later Than Within A Maximum Of 7 Calendar Days From The Date Of The Order. As An Additional Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers, The Ordering Party Sets The Order Completion Date And Warranty Period For Defects.5) The Contractors Obligations Will Include Performing The Above Road Renovation Works And Securing Them Within The Required Deadline Under The Quality Guarantee And Warranty For Defects.6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works Covered By The Swz, Which Is Necessary From The Point Of View Of The Terms Of The Contract, Legal Provisions And Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills.7) The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Organization Of The Construction Site, Securing The Construction Site, Tidying Up The Area. After Completion Of The Works And Performance Of Other Works Required By The Specification Of The Scope Of The Renovation Works In Question And, Possibly, As-Built Drawings Of The Works In Question. 8) To The Extent Specified By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Perform Road Works Using The Ordering Partys Material (Including Those Obtained From The Railway Embankment, From Crushed Rubble On Kolejowa Street) And Its Own Material To The Extent Indicated In The Offer. The Contractor Is Responsible For Meeting The Quality Requirements Of Materials Purchased On Its Own And Delivered To The Construction Site, As Well As For Their Proper Storage.9) The Ordering Party Does Not Place Any Requirements On The Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract Of Persons Performing The Indicated Activities Within The Scope Of The Order. The Obligation To Employ Natural Persons (Machine Operators) Is Recognized By The Ordering Party As Meeting An Additional Criterion For The Evaluation Of Offers (Social Clauses).
