Construction Of Small Architecture Facilities In A Public Space, Together With Area Development, External Area Lighting And Necessary Technical Infrastructure As Part Of The Revitalization Program Of The Historical Park In Msc. Promnik, Together With The Demolition Of Incommanent Networks, On The District Item No. 310/9, 310/12, 310/15, 311/1 Rpm. 0009 Promnik, Gm. Strawczyn. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Construction Of Small Architecture Objects (Benches, Garbage Bins, Information Boards) In A Public Place Along With Landscaping And External Lighting. The Investment Also Includes The Construction Of Paths Made Of Mineral Surface, Planting Fruit And Deciduous Trees And A Slope. The Investment Area Includes Plot No. 310/9, 310/12 And 310/15, 311/1 Msc. Promnik, Commune Strawczyn. No Changes In The Topography Are Expected, Apart From Leveling Within The Planned Plantings, Small Architecture And Their Immediate Surroundings, And The Designed Slope In The Northern Part Of Plot 310/9, Marked In The Graphic Attachment. Rainwater Or Snowmelt Water Is To Be Discharged To Biologically Active Surfaces In The Investment Area. The Landscaping Is Intended To Protect Adjacent Plots Against Flooding With Rainwater. The Mineral Surface On The Path Is To Be A Water-Permeable Material. The Soil Obtained From Excavations Is To Be Developed Within The Plot. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A New Fence Along The Eastern And Northern Borders Of Plot 310/12 And Along The Northern Border Of Plot 310/9, Separating The Park From The Ruins Of The Manor House, Basements And Other Elements Threatening Safety. The Investment Should Include: 1. Park Benches - 30 Pcs. 2. Waste Bins - 7 Pcs. 3. Information Boards - 4 Pcs. 4. Park Lanterns (Tall) - 10 Pcs. 5. Low Lighting - Pcs. - 196. Panel Fence With Gate - 240 M. Electrical Installations. For The Lighting Of Park Alleys, Lighting Should Be Installed In The Form Of Luminaires With Led Light Sources On Park Poles And Lighting. Decorative In The Form Of Low Lighting Posts. The Lighting Circuits Should Be Powered From The Existing Power Supply And Control Cabinet Installed On An Existing Power Pole In The Area Adjacent To The Kindergarten Building. Other Works In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation.
