The Subject Of The Order Includes The Construction Of A Fire Station Building On Plot No. 152 In Pustków Wilczkowski, Commune. Kobierzyce, Together With Land Development, Necessary Communication, Accompanying Infrastructure And Obtaining The Final Permit To Use The Facility Or Another Document Allowing The Use Of The Facility In Accordance With The Construction Law. Characteristic Parameters Of The Building: - Usable Area: 388.44 M2 - Building Area: 431 M2 - Gross Volume: 2366 M3 - Building Height Above Ground Level: 6.1 M (Height Measured From The Ground Elevation At The Lowest Entrance To The Upper Layer Of Insulation Above The Last Usable Floor) - Building Dimensions: 30.49 M X 14.80 M - Quantity Storeys: 1, No Basement - Level: +/- 0.00: 159.7 M Above Sea Level. The Design Documentation Is Attached As Appendix No. 10 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Changes Described In Annex 1 To The Documentation.2. Contractors Obligations:2.1 The Contractor Will Carry Out The Necessary Activities And Bear All Costs Related To The Organization And Maintenance Of The Construction Site. The Contractor Must Provide The Necessary Utilities For Construction On His Own. The Contractor Will Hang An Information Board And Appropriately Secure The Construction Site. 2.2 The Contractor, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Register The Construction Log, Report The Commencement Of Works To Pinb And Implement The Provisions Of Other Decisions And Arrangements Attached To The Design Documentation.2.3 The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Related To The Investment.2.4 The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense, Is Obliged To Perform All Activities Necessary To Occupy The Road, Remove Conflicts, Mark, Fence And Secure The Construction Site.2.5 The Contractor Is Obliged To Act On Behalf Of The Ordering Party In Activities Related To Connecting The Facility To The Water Supply, Sewage And Energy Networks, Including Performing Technical And Formal Activities, Including Collecting And Delivering The Necessary Documents To The Ordering Party.2.6 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate On An Ongoing Basis With Investor Supervision Inspectors.2.7 The Contractor Will Obtain, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, All Required Permits Related To The Use Of The Facility, Including From The State Fire Service And The State Sanitary Inspection, Including The Final Use Permit And Will Bear All Costs Of Tests Necessary To Obtain The Above-Mentioned Documents.2.8 As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Fire Safety Instructions Prepared By A Person With Appropriate Qualifications (In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Internal Affairs And Administration Of June 7, 2010 On Fire Protection Of Buildings, Other Buildings And Areas), Provide Equipment (I.E.
