1. The Task Includes The Expansion Of A Section Of The Internal Road - Access Road To The School Area, Consisting In Widening It To A Road Width Of 5.00 M. The Expansion Includes The Demolition Of The Existing Road Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones With A Crushed Stone Base, The Installation Of Gutters And Then New Structural Layers Of The Road Surface (Two-Layer Bituminous Surface On A Crushed Aggregate Base And A Layer Frost-Resistant Soil Stabilized With Cement, Framed On Both Sides With Concrete Curbs. The Road Area Is Approx. 293 M2, The Total Length Of The Curbs Is Approx. 130 M. The Road Will Include An Elevated Surface In The Place Of The Suggested Pedestrian Crossing In The Form Of An Island With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones Construction Of Two Street Inlets With Sewers To The Existing Inspection Well. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Task Is Specified In The Attached Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities. Designating A Place For The Removal And Storage Of Excess Soil From Drainage And Excavations As Well As Debris From Demolition Works - Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor Offered Price. The Contractors Obligation Will Be To Organize Construction Facilities For Its Needs And To Mark And Secure The Work Area In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, To Report Works Related To The Regulation Or Protection Of Underground Utilities To The Network Owners So That They Can Supervise The Works (In Accordance With The Content Of Industry Agreements), As Well As To Prepare An As-Built Geodetic Inventory Of The Completed Scope Of Works With The Introduction Of Changes To The Resources Of The District Documentation Center. Geodetic And Cartographic In Chrzanów. Confirmation Of The Performed Surveying Activities Will Be Provided To The Ordering Party With A Copy Of The Current Master Map Issued By Podgik, Including The Changes Made. Moreover, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Submit An As-Built Surveying Inventory Electronically Or On A Cd In The Dwg Or Dxf Format. The Costs Related To The Fulfillment Of These Obligations, Including The Costs Of Supervision Of The Network Owners, Will Be The Contractors Costs And Should Therefore Be Included In The Offer.
