1. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Reconstruction And Expansion And Adaptation To The Needs Of A Warehouse Hall In Klęczany. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In The Demolition Of Part Of An Existing Production Building Along With The Reconstruction And Change Of Use Of Production Rooms Into Civil Defense Warehouse Rooms. The Existing Building Is A Detached Building, Without A Basement, On The Ground Floor, Partly With An Unused Attic, Made Of Brick Construction, Partly With Ceilings. Monolithic Reinforced Concrete. The Building Has A Gable Roof With A Steel Structure And An Angle Of Inclination Of The Main Roof Slopes Of 16°. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Switchboard, Boiler Room With Social Facilities And An External Chimney; 2) Construction Of A Garage And Boiler Room In The Place Of The Demolished Part; 3) Construction Of A Roof Structure Over The Designed Part Of The Building; 4) Construction Of A Roof Covering Made Of Sandwich Panels Over The Entire Roof Surface; 5) Reconstruction Of The Part Brick Walls;6) Reconstruction Of Openings In Internal And External Walls, Including Knocking Out And Bricking Up Door, Window And Entrance Gate Openings;7) Carrying Out Accompanying And Finishing Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Note: The Scope Of The Order Excludes: • Construction Of A Parking Lot, • Construction Of A Photovoltaic Installation. These Elements, Despite Being Included In The Design Documentation, Are Not The Subject Of The Order And Are Not Subject To Valuation Or Implementation As Part Of This Procedure.
